Inspired by my book-lovingneighbors, I am going to keep track of the books I read in 2009. I won't be doing any challenges or trying to reach a certain number of books. But I'll post when I finish one and I'm going to tackle the unread books lining my shelves right now.
Philip Pullman, yay! By crikey, I love those books...
Also, I prefer the title "The Golden Compass" for the first book, because it fits the pattern of the other titles, and makes more sense. But the edition I read was called "Northern Lights"... tch!
Blink is an awesome book, although I felt he started repeating himself at the end. Very good though. Do you have a Goodreads account? A great way to keep track of books you have read and want to read as well as post reviews. Send me a message if you want to add me as a friend there.
I'm going to do the same thing. No challenges, just read and post. Although, I haven't read a thing this year. Heh. But I intend to, and isn't that what matters?
