Oooh, let me know about Beedle the Bard. I've been a little torn on whether or not to get it. I did hear that a couple of the stories may not be little kid-appropriate (think grisly Grimm Fairy Tales type stuff) but I haven't read it so I don't know that for sure. :)

How old is he now? Five/about to turn five?

If I can find my giant book of Narnia (all the stories in one huge volume) you're welcome to borrow it. I'm pretty sure he'll just like the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, though. I don't know anyone who doesn't agree that's the best of the lot.

My son LOVED Inkheart. He is very excited for the movie. I found it entertaining, but something I could put down and not really think about for a couple days. I am anticipating the movie to be more enjoyable.
